Our Chef: Chef Gonçalo Pinto
With over 11 years of experience working alongside renowned Chef Rui Paula, our resident chef is a leading figure in the Douro region’s culinary scene. After opening the DOC restaurant and working at Quinta de Ventozelo and Quinta do Bomfim, he joined Borralha Restaurante in 2024. His approach focuses on revolutionizing the kitchen while always respecting the restaurant’s values: preserving what is local and traditional.
Hours and Reservations
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Dinner: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
